For our client, a rapidly growing American startup, we're looking for talented people to help us build the industry's first end-to-end data security platform to eliminate data breaches in the cloud-native world.The project aims at offering security experts and developers an unique perspective and toolset to vastly improve security operations and the ability to respond to threats while maintaining high deliverability of cloud-native products and services based on Kubernetes.The role we have defined demands an expertise in Java instrumentation for different frameworks, and experience with open-source projects such as Open Telemetry. Experience in Application security (RASP) related instrumentation is a big plus
What we expect
6+ years of commercial experience with building software
Experience in leading a technical team, giving rhythm and harmony
Ability to deal with non-trivial problems
Extensive knowledge in instrumentation of Java applications (Java Agents)
Solid understanding of Java, JVM internals and core packages
Experience with class loaders, bytecode manipulation libraries (Byte Buddy, ASM, etc)
Experience with JDBC, web frameworks (e.g, Spring)
The ability to find oneself into large scale distributed systems
English (at least B2 level)

Familiarity in proxies / service meshes (Envoy, HAProxy), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP. Azure), containers (Kubernetes, Docker)
Interest in knowledge sharing and willingness to co-create articles, podcasts or video content
