Senior Ruby Developer

Responsibilities:

• Setting technical standards
• Building code quality for the team
• Removing blockers (PR, triage, "sticky" problems)
• Delegating tasks, providing shadowing and pairing opportunities
• Providing technical advice and guidance
• Collaborating with the product owner to ensure quality of team input

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Ruby Developer or similar
• Solid understanding of REST
• Experience in Git, Jira, AWS
• Experience in JRuby 9.1.7+
• Experience in agile methodologies
• Experience working with Scrummaster/PM/DL to increase developer productivity
• English fluent
